Production and shipping on demand

Lagoon Paradox is a Belgian shop operated by Caroline Lesage. Our printed items are manufactured or printed after you order by our production partner Printful. They are shipped from the production centre available for the item and destination, which may be in Europe or another country. Our Belgian business address therefore does not mean that every item is made or shipped from Belgium.

Timeframes

The total timeframe includes production followed by transport. As a guide, Printful generally states 2 to 5 business days of production for most items; some techniques or periods may require more time. Transport takes additional time and depends on the product, the shipping centre and the destination country. Estimates are not guarantees of delivery on a specific date.

Before ordering for an occasion or a specific deadline, contact us with the product and destination country to obtain the applicable estimate. When a specific timeframe is agreed for your order, it is communicated before the order is confirmed. Consumers' statutory rights in the event of delay or non-delivery remain applicable.

Destinations and costs

We accept orders for the 27 European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United States, Japan and Canada. Availability remains subject to the shipping options for the product concerned. We do not serve other destinations.

Available destinations depend on the product and our partner's shipping capabilities. Available countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout after you enter your address and before you confirm an order. An order cannot be placed for a destination with no available shipping option. Costs may vary depending on the type of item, quantity and number of parcels required.

Tracking and separate parcels

An order may be split into several parcels shipped from different centres. Available tracking information is provided when the order ships. For a missing, delayed or damaged parcel, contact our customer service with your order number.

Taxes and customs

Prices for European Union consumers include applicable VAT. For destinations outside the European Union, local authorities may charge import duties or taxes when these are not included in the amount paid.
